Paz Retail And Energy Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, refines, produces, stores, imports, markets, and sells petroleum and other products in Israel and internationally. It sells fuels, oils, various automotive products and related services through refueling stations; operates Yellow convenience stores at gas stations as well as supermarkets; gas station leases to the parties; transports, markets, distributes and sells fuels and various products; maintenance of the complexes, infrastructure, and inventory management. The company is also involved in trading and direct marketing of fuel products to private, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers; and electronic fueling customers; as well as marketing fuels to the Palestinian Authority. In addition, it produces, markets, and exports sealing products and insulation for the construction industry and transportation infrastructure, as well as develops new products; refueling services to airlines through aviation services; markets and supplies jet fuel and aviation gasoline; and storage and distributes diesel and aviation gasoline. Further, the company produces, imports, markets, and exports oils for transportation and industry; automotive accessories; fuel additives; urea for transportation; industrial oils and lubricants raw materials; Detergents and cosmetics; Process products for the metal industry; Industrial cleaning agents; Dust repellents; Chemicals; and Solvents and flammable liquid. Additionally, it offers fuels and electric vehicle charging; gas and renewable energy activities; food retail; diesel refueling services to airlines; produces industrial and automotive oils; and energy for transportation, as well as engages in the real estate activities. The company was formerly known as Paz Oil Company Ltd. and changed its name to Paz Retail And Energy Ltd. in October 2024. Paz Retail And Energy Ltd. was founded in 1922 and is based in Yakum, Israel.
